Morning walk is a good exercise for all.Many people who get up early in the morning go for a morning walk is the best excercise. It is very helpful for our health. It improves our health. It is useful for the body as food.The fresh air is very useful for our lungs.

We enjoy the beautiful scenery of the nature.The cool breeze  freshes us .We here the chirping of  the birds . We see the farmers ploughing the fields.I get up early in the morning .I go to the Gandhi park every day.

The rising sun begin to shine in the east .It looks very beautiful in the park . Everything looks very fresh . Some people are seen to take exercise.The dew drops on the grass look very lovely. We Walk barefooted on the green grass .After one hour we return from the garden .
